Ember & Ground started in 2018 with a single espresso machine and an obsession with sourcing. We travel to farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala to find coffees that genuinely excite us — then roast them in small batches to let each one speak for itself.
Every item on our menu is made from scratch daily. No syrups from bottles, no shortcuts.
